Our company provides identification cards to parents/guardians of children in the form of ID-Kid cards. ID-Kid cards provide vital information about your child in the event of an emergency. ID-Kid cards are also useful for medical information, travel, sports registration & government assistance.
ID-Kid Services primarily offers our services through Schools, Pre-Schools and Day Cares. ID-Kid cards are a valuable resource of information that every parent should carry with them at all times. It is our hope that no parent will need to use their ID-Kid card in a crisis situation but there is tremendous peace of mind knowing that you have the information you need in any situation.
What is an ID-Kid Card?
The wallet-sized ID card contains a complete physical description of your child, including a professional color photograph and fingerprint. The parent's/guardian's name, address and phone number(s) are on the card. All this information can provide instant and accurate information about your child for law enforcement, security personnel, friends, family members or others to help locate your child if they are lost or missing. All parents should carry the ID-Kid Card. Extra cards should be given to anyone who regularly cares for your child.
Participation
This is a "parent option" Program offered to all parents of children in school, pre-school and day care. ID-Kid Services administers all paperwork and ID car production. Sendhome forms as seen here are provided to each teacher or care giver to distribute to the children/parents. Those parents wishing to participate simply fill out the form, attach the appropriate payment or pay online, and return the form to their child's homeroom teacher or care giver on or before the day indicated on the form
ID-Kid Day
On the designated ID-Kid Day, participating children will bring their completed forms to the ID-Kid representative who will photograph, record their height and weight and capture their right index fingerprint. This information along with the information on the completed form will be used to generate the ID-Kid Cards.
How will I receive my ID-Kid Cards?
Your ID-Kid Cards, along with the completed forms will be returned to your child's school, pre-school, or day care to be sent home with your child.
Privacy
All information is confidential and returned with your completed ID-Kid cards. None of your child's information is shared or permanently kept on file.
